Sugar is in a lot of our daily diets. Quitting sugar can be very difficult for most since it is in most foods that we eat, even ones we never would have expected!
There are lots of recipes without the added sugar, courtesy of the people from “I Quit Sugar” such as Mexican loaded baked sweet potatoes, B.L.A.T. breakfast tacos, and even a dessert called the Apple and Parsnip crumble. It might be difficult to quit sugar, but making recipes such as these would be a great start to doing so.
