Tennis elbow can be very painful. It comes from doing repetitive movements a lot and can be caused by any number of activities / sports including golf.
There are ways to relieve this pain. This gives short exercises which can do this with little trouble. A minute is all it takes and everyone can spare a minute no matter how busy their lives may be.
- An air cast or forearm band will put some adjustable pressure near your elbow, and it will help relieve the pain.
- Tennis elbow comes from damaged muscles on your forearm, possibly from overuse or from a sport, and the tissue has to be remodeled.
- There are some quick exercises that you can do throughout the day, you can progress the exercises as time goes on if it’s not hurting after you’re done.
