1. Remove all contents from box and charge before using. Connect the type-C USB charging cable to an adapter socket and connect the other end to the product charging port to start charging.

2. Press the power button for 1.5 seconds to turn on. Once on the device is set to 20 minute timer, deep negative pressure mode, and temperature level 2.

3. Once on short press the power button to switch between the deep negative pressure mode and soothing breathing mode.

4. To control the temperature, short press the temperature control button and select the desired level.

5. While using, if you would like to pause the pressure, press the pressure relief button and the device can easily be removed.
